SEMI-PROFESSIONAL PRESSURE COOKING JAR
This fabulous 545ml glass jar will allow you to make your own hams, fricassées, pâtés and terrines, ideal for your sandwiches!
You can also prepare vegetable or fish terrines if you wish
This pressurized glass jar is easy to use:
First season your meat or vegetables, put your preparation in your jar, insert the spring to pressurize, close with the handle lid, a saucepan of boiling water ( Max 85°C ) to place your glass cooker and that's it!
All this for healthy preparations thanks to steam cooking!
The glass jar allows you to see your preparations if you have several at the same time, practical isn't it?
Your preparation can also be stored in the refrigerator directly in its jar, simply replace the handle lid with the metal lid provided for this purpose.
You can also put the contents of the jar under vacuum using a vacuum bell (not supplied) or directly in a vacuum bag.
A hole above the jar allows you to insert a probe thermometer to check the temperature during cooking (see below).
The maximum permissible temperature of this jar is 85°, be careful not to exceed it.
Supplied with an additional lid to close your jar once your preparation is finished.
Its compact design allows it to be stored in any kitchen cupboard.
